The Joys of being a Landlord

VID00043

This is a video of a house that I own in Knightdale, NC. My tenant of three years who to this point had simply been habitually late with her rent suddenly stopped paying me altogether.

Upon confrontation, she voluntarily moved out of the house. Keep in mind this house is less than ten years old and was nearly new when she moved-in.

No, this was not an elderly tenant. This is a young, educated, professional female who is in direct contact with patients everyday in her job as a cardiac care nurse.

As bad as the video may appear, the reality is far, far worse. In addition to the dog feces, there was human excrement in every toilet and every bathtub.....YEARS WORTH.

Really think you want to be a Landlord?
