What most Realtors won't tell you.....

Below you'll find two recent letters I mailed my database of expired and withdrawn listings.  (Yes, I still do direct mail!). 

Are they in your face?  Yup.  Are they direct?  Yup.  Realtors don't want to tell you that print advertising is simply a way for them to promote themselves.  Why you ask?  94 percent of consumers find their home on the internet.  Fancy print publications are a way to make the seller feel good about themselves, and mostly, a way for the REALTOR to promote themselves.

It is not rocket science friends-it is a knowledge-based business driven by a service minded philosophy and a crazy, workaholic work-ethic.

I'll admit to some basic algebra, but no rocket science here.  Know your stuff, do the right things, work hard, and provide unparalleled service.  Real Estate in a nutshell.  Wrightsville Beach, Wilmington, Kure Beach, Carolina Beach, Hampstead....selling homes here or in Big Bone Lick Kentucky...it's all about the service.
